چکیده
We construct topological quantum field theories (TQFTs) and commuting projector Hamiltonians for any 1+1d gapped phases with non-anomalous fusion category symmetries, i.e. finite symmetries that admit SPT phases. The construction is based on two-dimensional state sum TQFT whose input datum an $H$-simple left $H$-comodule algebra, where $H$ a dimensional semisimple Hopf algebra. show the actions of $\mathcal{C}$ boundary conditions these TQFTs are represented by module categories over $\mathcal{C}$. This agrees classification symmetry also find have at level lattice models hence provide realizations symmetries. As application, we discuss edge modes Hamiltonians. Finally, mention can extend to case anomalous replacing algebra pseudo-unitary connected weak

Automorphic Equivalence within Gapped Phases of Quantum Lattice Systems
Gapped ground states of quantum spin systems have been referred to in the physics literature as being ‘in the same phase’ if there exists a family of Hamiltonians H(s), with finite range interactions depending continuously on s ∈ [0, 1], such that for each s, H(s) has a non-vanishing gap above its ground state and with the two initial states being the ground states of H(0) and H(1), respectivel...
متن کاملOn Freedman's Lattice Models for Topological Phases
The program of topological quantum computation is to realize fault tolerant quantum computation using topological phases of quantum systems [FKLW]. The central open question is whether or not there exist such physical systems which are capable of performing universal quantum computation. In [F], a family of Hamiltonians H0,l is proposed as candidates for the Chern-Simons phases, which are known...

We argue that a relatively simple model containing only SU(2)-invariant chiral three-spin interactions on a Kagome lattice of S = 1/2 spins can give rise to both a gapped and a gapless quantum spin liquid. Our arguments are rooted in a formulation in terms of network models of edge states and are backed up by a careful numerical analysis. For a uniform choice of chirality on the lattice, we rea...
متن کاملA BCS Gapped Superfluid on the Lattice
We discuss results of numerical analyses of the 3+1 dimensional Nambu–Jona-Lasinio model at non-zero baryon density. By studying relevant order parameters, it is shown that the model goes through a transition between a vacuum with broken chiral symmetry, and a chirally restored phase at high baryon chemical potential μ with a diquark condensate roughly proportional to the area of the Fermi surf...
